The Domesticated was a project started by Erik Bradford in Washington DC circa 2006, but it never came to fruition until he moved to Austin, Texas in 2007. The band released their album "Lo Apollo" digitally over the Internet, and have a slated EP-release of leftover material that occurred between 2007 and 2011. Erik returned to Washington D.C. in 2011 and formed a new band, Short Lives.
